We're looking for Customer Support Representatives to work on all of our current and upcoming games, including City of Heroes.
You'll spend your time answering customer queries, assisting players in-game with any issues they might have, creating FAQs, updating existing FAQs for our support sites, plus keeping track of those inevitable, pesky bugs. All the while experiencing life in the jewel of the south, the cool coastal town of Brighton.
