I think that its a bit un fair that those of us who have been purchased both the vip edition of coh and cov previously have now got to pay an extra payment to recieve vip rewards that this double pack supplies surely I should recieve these as part of having the vip edition of both games already?

Good idea, tho i have ordered the GvE boxset… yes i have both CoH and CoV but i like to have the boxes and comics n stuff .. plus with the included month game time, the price all works out about the same anyway!

Getting errors on the site - won’t take payment on any of my cards (Viso/MC etc.) poor customer service!

I have begrudgingly paid for this as my SG want to use some of the costume options as an SG uniform but i still think it is wrong to charge extra for what in my opinion should have been a part of I8. Those of us who have already paid out for both games AND paid a monthly fee for a long time are not being fairly treated in this.

Reality check guys, if you dont like it dont pay it, its that simple.
If you do want buy it and be done with it.

If your sg wants parts from it then take it up with them.
Either way £5.99 is about the same price as a monthly games magazine, so dont buy one this month and get it instead. Consider there have been 8 free content upgrades to the game in addition to veteran rewards and countless other things including double xp awards along with possibly the best communication I’ve seen in a mmorpg.

Give the guys a break, and if you feel like it vote with your wallet.

i have the combined box set but i dont seem to be able to get auras round my player or smoldering eyes, is this just available on certain types of archetypes or as you get better??

I agree that this is a total “ripoff” and abuse of the customer base, why should people have to pay for ingame items ? is PlayNC losing so much money on this game that they feel this is acceptable ?

Mugsy, if this goes through and is taken up by the customer base, what is to stop them doing it every few months ? btw Mugsy people didnt want the “8 free content upgrades” which is why a lot of people canelled their accounts in the first place, maybe this is why PlayNC feels the need to “steal” more money from remaining customers :-(
It is stealing when you charge someone more than once for what they have already paid for.

Hi guys, first of all congratulations on a great game.  I like mant others cannot afford to pay for extra costumes and have to offline every now and again because we simply cannot afford the subscribtion.

Is the day on the horizon where advertising will pay for this game instead of the people who by playing make the game what it is?

All those billboards and no sponsors?  Make it free, more people play, we see adverts, we buy their product, everybody wins.....

Peaceful, what you said about advertizing would ruin the game totally, everytime you log on to the website or game, up would come some advert to by “super coke” or something. and seing an advert doesnt make me want to buy it, it just ruins websites and slows down your browser.

This sounds good, but this is gonna eventually end up like Guild wars, not dissing the game, but it not so diffrent as for paying for a patch for new clothes and items, i think this should be pennies rather than £5.99 (or €8.99). i know its special edition but £5.99 is just over 80% of a monthly payment, so it’d be nice if it was cheaper.

NCSoft are a business, not your parents, they’re here to make money so get over yourselves.  Also it’s fair to remind you that you can play both CoV and CoH for 1 subscription fee… that’s 2 games guys.

I think its odd that the CoV collectors edition doesn´t say that you have to buy more game time in order to use the included 1 free month. I only found that one out after i had bought the PlayNC game time card. Not that it matters, I just returned the box to the retailer for full refund.

i would like to say great game guy i find it most addictive on the other hand i would like to see more people playing it so price could come down alittle, if you are gonna charge 5.99 for add on in the future couldnt you lower the price of monthly subscriptions a tad to compensate that way we all win

Hey, i bought this code. Did everything it said and it hasnt even appeared in my game yet…

I purchased a couple of days ago a serial code for CoH and now I wanted to add this in-game item pack but everytime I want to make this purchase I get “fraud suspicion” even though I did it by following the steps you’ve mentioned.
When I click on the link European Support Team to let them know, I get

Operation Failed
Illegal parameter

I bought tthe good vs evil combined game pack. I love it. Only thing missing IMO is that the offers only 1 serial code for 2 games if there only were 2 so everyone would get 2 free months . But the game hasnt come yet and im waiting hard for the game and the truth about Jet Pack (can or cant u slot it)
