Rumours of villains with dangerous new powers…
Longbow agents have reported that the Rogue Isles are alive with rumours of Arachnos recruits exhibiting new and deadly abilities. Learn more in the latest Feature Update on the City of Villains site.
Already there are new powersets for Villains. I hope somewhere along the line there will be new powersets for Heroes too. Also the resistence to TP foe only seems to be on the new powersets, I hope that’ll be changed on some of the older powersets too especially the Hero ones.
