Jack ‘Statesman’ Emmert, City of Heroes lead designer and defender of truth and justice, has been chatting with the guys at GameSpot about the next major update, Issue #3: A Council of War - which will be included in the European version of the game. Most of the piece concerns the first of the new Epic Archetypes:

The next update will add many new features to the online game, including “epic archetype” characters--all-new character classes that will be unlocked and playable from level one, once one of your current characters reaches level 50.
