When will issue 4 be avaliable? someone told me at the end of my pay what does that mean?

AmpleTube: No idea what that means, but Issue #4 will be released on the live servers when it’s received enough testing. It should be on the European Test Server shortly.

Do you know which month it will be in, cos i want to wait to make my new hero until issue 4 is out.
