Hamidon falls!

On Friday 8 July, the ultimate threat to Paragon City was beaten back by the valiant heroes of the Union server in the first successful Hamidon raid on the European City of Heroes servers.

Despite several valiant attempts on Union, Defiant and Vigilance, the protoplasmic monstrosity had proved an unstoppable foe, laying waste to hundreds of heroes over the last few months. Now, though, the bravest and brightest of Union’s heroes have proved that ‘the big H’ can be beaten.

We’d like to congratulate all the heroes involved, and give a special mention to Chaplain, the Level 50 Empathy Defender who organised and ran the raid.

Hey have you got something against the DEFIANT server. I dont think beating HAMIDON is an excuse to take a bash on the DEFIANT server. Its great that somebodys finally beaten him and congratulations to you, but its not a reason to pick on the players of a different server. Its a time for celebrations on UNION not jeering the players DEFIANT. /images/smileys/rolleyes.gif
