Do I get the VIP badge/Power Slide power/special cape if I buy a serial code online from PlayNC?
No. Online serial codes for City of Heroes in Europe purchased from PlayNC are not the Deluxe edition of the game. Accounts created with these codes will not get the VIP badge, Power Slide Prestige Power or special cape from the Deluxe edition.
The only way to get these special goodies (along with the extra stuff in the box itself) is to buy a Deluxe edition boxed copy of the game.
