City of Heroes and City of Villains share the same universe. Statesman, the premier hero of Paragon City is the archenemy of Lord Recluse, the leader of Arachnos and ruler of the Rogue Isles.
In the game, hero players can fight against villain players in the PvP zones. Hero players who also own City of Villains can attack villainous Supergroup Bases in attempts to liberate their opponents’ Items of Power.
