Background
Whilst these guys aren’t too dissimilar to Hellions, they’ve got some macabre ways about them. Rather than seeing death as punishment, it’s almost ritual, something celebrated through the ranks. We need to clamp down on these punks before they turn Paragon into some sort of sacrificial ground.

Appearance
The actual identities of members are hard to pin, but the skull facemasks (taken from victims) are a dead giveaway.

Locations
These grave digging scumbags can often be found in Kings Row and Perez Park.
